Vaqt, aşağıdaki Google Firebase hizmetlerini kullanmaktadır. Firebase sunucuları başta ABD olmak üzere çeşitli ülkelerde bulunmaktadır. Bu durum, verilerinizin Türkiye ve Avrupa Birliği dışına aktarılması anlamına gelmektedir.

Verilerinizin uluslararası aktarımı, Google'ın Standart Sözleşme Maddeleri (SCCs) kapsamında gerçekleştirilmektedir. Bu aktarım GDPR Madde 46 ve KVKK uluslararası aktarım hükümleri çerçevesinde yasal güvence altındadır.
Vaqt, namaz vakitlerini hesaplamak amacıyla cihazınızın GPS konumuna erişim talep eder. Konum verisi yalnızca bu amaçla kullanılır.
Konum iznini cihaz Ayarları > Gizlilik > Konum Servisleri menüsünden istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz.

Vaqt, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve 13 yaşından küçük kullanıcılardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz. 13 yaşından küçük bir kullanıcıya ait veri toplandığını fark edersek, söz konusu verileri derhal sileceğiz.

Vaqt uses the following Google Firebase services. Firebase servers are located primarily in the United States and other countries, meaning your data may be transferred outside Turkey and the European Union.

International data transfers are carried out under Google's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), providing legal safeguards in accordance with GDPR Article 46 and applicable KVKK provisions.
Vaqt requests access to your device's GPS location for the purpose of calculating prayer times. Location data is used only for this purpose.
You can revoke location permission at any time via device Settings > Privacy > Location Services.

Vaqt is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from users under 13. If we become aware that data belonging to a user under 13 has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
